The house is fully air conditioned and its 40mq are well laid out.

The house is furnished with taste and simplicity, also utilizing traditional local furnishing pieces.

It includes a foyer-living area with a fireplace and sofa bed, a kitchen table that can accommodate 4-6 people and cupboards.

The night quarters have been carved out of rock, and includes a double bed, bed side tables, wardrobes and separate access from the arched veranda.

The cooking area, hidden in the rocks, includes a 4 gas stove, sink, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, pots pans and cutlery.

The bathroom comprises a shower, WC and Bidet as well as hairdryer and several towels.

Outside the property, there is a garden, between rock and Mediterranean countryside, perfect to spend pleasurable moments of true relaxation; there is also the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch or dinner out here under the big umbrella, with a table and chairs and enjoy the view.

On the balcony, there is a ‘solarium’ zone which includes a recliner, a sunbed and a beach towel.

Additionally, there is also a good sized fenced square which the guests can use as a parking space (free of charge); there is also the opportunity to use a bicycle to ride around, without the need to book.
